We are dog friendly and have cosy kennels available. Our dog, Mutley, is a friendly sprocker.

Would it be a good location for our honeymoon?

Yes, the most romantic setting offering peace, privacy and time to enjoy your new life together. I would suggest you look at The Irthing River Valley room; it has an enormous superking bed, bath and double shower.

Can you host shooting parties

Yes, Bob has hosted shooting party’s over many years. Walked up or driven shooting can be arranged for suitable parties, this is not a sport for beginners.

Can we go fishing

Yes. The river Irthing has trout and grayling and great salmon rivers are close by. Lake fishing is also available.
